Which models/chassis numbers with head faults?

Hi All,

Is there a post or list or anything available detailing the exact years, model designations, engine types, that were subject to the head cracking problem?

Which years had a 2.4 EFI?
Which years had a 2.4 non EFI?
Is it the case that the head cracking problem is present only in the 2.4 EFI?

If there was a post with this info, newbies could be directed there, and old hands might not have to be answering questions all the time?
