Keys Again

Hi Guys
Firstly, I've done a search and read everything I could and being a numpty just got more confused
All I need is a definitive answer. Is the key (one and only and I've just broke it) on my 3rd gen 3ltr a transponder key or not. Can I just go and get another one cut?

My 3rd gen got 3 keys . 1 is a transponder key for the central locking (does not work) and other 2 are normal type key which unlock doors and lock doors and also start the vehicle . So if the transponder key is broke then you can just get a ordinary key cut from it. There is no immobiliser operated as standerd from the transponder key.
