which end did he change Nick. All the ones i have done on my own trucks have been closest the rear axel.Like already said its very hard to see any problem with a uj until its gone so far and then you will see where the yolk is actually broken.By having one done it could of put more pressure on the old one causing that to gohttps://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/

there is a possiblity the diff may of gone but if 4wd hasn't been selected or used then i don't think it could be that, but saying that anything is possible tho Sanch.Just a thought but a truck i got in at the moment keeps getting a noise every so often. It sounds like a grinding noise but not constant so i'm wondering if these 2 things can be the same and it be a cv starting to go on the front driveshaftsOriginally posted by Sancho View PostCould the ADD have gone bad and engaged?https://www.facebook.com/groups/henpals/

I'm more thinking that the collar could have engaged so that the front wheels are turning the prop even thought it's not locked in at transfer case end..Originally posted by stormforce View Postthere is a possiblity the diff may of gone but if 4wd hasn't been selected or used then i don't think it could be that, but saying that anything is possible tho Sanch.Just a thought but a truck i got in at the moment keeps getting a noise every so often. It sounds like a grinding noise but not constant so i'm wondering if these 2 things can be the same and it be a cv starting to go on the front driveshafts
