Glad they have arrived safely.
Put them spring side down into your roof tracks. Use some Copaslip or grease on the bolt threads when you fit the feet to stop them rusting in place (The allen bolts supplied by Thule in our kit were normal high tensile steel rather than stainless so would rust over time).
