I assume you've got links to sources of consumables for the 3RZ-FE by now?

As we are too ahead of the game to have an engine section on here, care to share any info you have? Stuff like oil filter, air filter etc?

The last time I drove down to Roughtrax, I showed Barry the truck and asked about service items availability and he said no problem getting hold of them, just call.

I need/want to replace all the drive belts before Xmas and change the engine oil.

I have a link to so useful modifications though.

The Hiace seems commoner than the Surf with the 3RZ-FE in the UK - though I'm not sure whether the UK market Hiace had that engine. If it did, then Toyota dealer will be the place to get an oil filter.

There's plenty of aftermarket ones on eBay, including K&N ones - haven't found any Toyota ones yet.

What oil grade does the engine require?
