          TonyN

          Hi Tony,
just reading one of your threads on replacing torque converter oil seal, so am guessing your used to removing 3.0 Gen 2 gearbox, my torque converter has failed, made a lot of tinny mechanical noise then lots drive, oil has a very nice metallic shimmer to it, got gearbox and converter from this guy on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/maisey4qua...p2047675.l2559
seems reputable and was a runner, so will fit and hope it works, have got props, exhaust, anti-roll bar out of way, job on its own seized / rusted rounded off bolts etc, so now down to dropping gearbox out, just wondered if you have any tips, bell housing looks close to front diff, but assume that once the flex plate bolts are out you only have to move gearbox back a couple of inches then drop down ?
          Thanks Graham
