i over did it and got realy ill no hostpilal visit yet tho

i been around all the funny sites ya have some goods clips there tho

its not grim its life i call it character biulding like most things in life
it builds character in ones self
i just cant do nothing even tho i feel crap with bellyache i still want to do something like i did yesterday i went out for a walk did my spine in and strained my diverticular so today i have to sit still and proped up lay in red hot baths to ease my spine my diverticular is going to take weeks to ease off
but iam still going fishing in the morning no mater what the wife thinks
i know i should lay about all day and do nothing but its easyer said then done i only go once a year
