Wez, there's a lot of people like you out there, and one of the reasons its so hard for you is that scroungers outnumber genuine cases. It's going to be a long hard slog back to a fair system rather than one thats open to, and constantly abused. Any government would be starting from a near impossible situation given the mess the country is in due to years of mishandling.
I'm sure there's a lot of pain on the way yet, and hopefully the majority directed at the lazy and workshy rather than the genuine hard working folk. Hopefully one day our pensioners wont have to scrimp and save just to light the gasfire, our sick will be treated in hospitals within days rather than months, and people will once again want to contribute to the society we live in rather than lie in bed all day safe in the knowledge that some other mug will fund their lifestyle.
@ Stormy - I think they should just bin child allowance for everyone. That way its completely fair, and you'll see the 16 year old unmarried mum birthrate go through the floor!
