    Ahhh got you. White reflectors eh? Thats odd. They're normally silvered. Still reckon he's talking through his a-hole though. You are not displaying white light, you are reflecting it. Reversing lights will do the same.

    I like MOT testers heavy on safety, but the jobsworths just p1ss me off.

        No, not done anything, although I did buy some tint for my Jimny.
        BTW - The lights are not e-marked and haven't been through an MOT yet with the clear ones. Another reason I kept the originals.

          Mine went throught the MOT no problem, I too kept the original though just in case.

            I had similar clear tail lights on the old 2nd gen.Now my mot tester is strict as hell and he says as long as the bulbs are the right colour and not faded and showing no white light (not reflection) then they are ok

                    Due Feb 2011, so plenty yet! Also just last week stuck 6 months tax on it. Obviously anyone looking for a truck would want similar sort of times if possible...
