BANG.....oh look, there's an electric cable

hit a low voltage electric cable today....in fact, there were two, one on top the other.


A colleague CAT scanned the area and used the Jenny, but they didnt pick anything up, did a CBR test the proceeded to dig with the excavator when there was a loud bang, some smoke and the ends of armoured cable sticking out the ground!

western power are there now trying to sort it out.


feel sorry for the few homes without power down in south devon at the moment...
