2nd Gen Rear Window - Before I go to the garage

First off I apologise. I know this question relates to a known problem but it is Monday morning, I am stressed already and I have a mountain of work related e-mails to get through.

On Friday the rear window started playing up on the Pigrig (2nd Gen). Usual stuff, window went down, tickety boo. Window not go up, not so tickety. Motor whirring, as it should, window only moving with manual help, not as it should. Before it gets a holiday in Mr Ripoff's home for sick motors what should I be telling him to look for once he has the tailgate open.

I grovel in my own ineptitude.

Thanks for the reply. I might even try it myself. How much is a new rear window anyway after I break it?

if your on ya own put a stoole there mate just to stop it falling out
only send it half way out
