Bumper scuffs and scrapes

Does anybody know whether the companies that repair minor bumper and trim scrapes are any good - and more to the point is there a decent one in the Andover area ?

Loads of these guys around here , Harrow/london . They are OK if done in good warm weather as the surface is dry and no air moisture can lay on area being painted . I see the Merc dealer near me having bumpers sprayed in on his forecourt in cold , pouring rain sometimes . This is NO good as the water gets under the paint and it all lifts of after a while . But the dealer dont mind , hes got your cash .
Its OK if the guy doing the job preps it properly , ie keys up the area of repair and degreases it before painting . It needs to be done in a warm/dry enviroment .
I went to a trade show selling these franchises , all look good , but down to the guy doing the job at the end of the day .
