  • Recommend a sausage

with the barbeque season looking like a washout so far... how about recommending a good bbq sausage so we're ready for the sun?

    this week i recommend...

    Waitrose premium reduced fat sausages
    and
of course the "world famous" Newbury sausage (available from griffins butchers in Newbury) (tell uncle nicky that the big man sent ya!)
nee nar nee nar, i'm a fire engine!

                  one I would NOT recommend

ASDA own brand are pretty poor . Skins like Lino ! Me and missus struggled through a pack of these . Could have used them as puncture repair bungs in the Zook .

Dulano Bratwurst from Lidl supermarkets - 10 big frozen sausages for £2.29. They really are nice too.

The butcher in Ludgershall near Andover regularly wins national awards for his bangers - but they ain't cheap !!!!

It's nice to know that Surfers eat Bratties too - Lidl also sell the small variety
Life is too important to take seriously !
