Why the basement ? True its 'non Surf related' but is it an 'off road thing' , apart from The Catering Co connection .

I recommend any of the home-made sausages from my local butchers. I called in on my way home from night shift a couple of months ago and he said, "I'm just making a new batch- what herbs do you want in them?" That's what I call service! I'll name them when I remember their name...........!!!!!! Stella wrecks brain cells

by far the best sausages I have ever tasted are available at "Port of Lancaster Smokehouse" at Glasson Dock. Smoked Lancastrian pork with little chunks of black pudding and a splash of mustard. A real meaty banger. The owner, Mrs Price, and the rest of the staff are very helpful and they run a next day delivery service aswell - quite handy for me as i don't get up there too often!

this weeks sausage has to be the ones that the clean shaven boxer wearing vagrant cooked at uxbridge......

slightly charred crisp outer and lovely sausagey type stuff in the middle!

We've got a couple of packs ready in the freezer for our BBQ on new years eve. Who says it has to be sunny to have one??!!
