My guess is its ie 8. You can change settings so it doesn't store cookies. I had to change this as facebook wouldn't let me log on as it was storing old info. Or i could be talking bo##ocks - its always 50-50 with my answers! ;-)

i dont use ie i only use firefox
fire fox has a better cookie management
its better than ie witch spys on everything you look at
leaves a log of every you go online
          not but thats a problem
but it is after a year or so
your commy wil start to be slow on line take ages to start up
          and sluggish through programes
vista is bad for it in my opinion
thats why i have just loaded up xp pro with all service packs and add on's
then iam in controle of what stays on my commy and what has to go
i have not looked at windows 7 yet
am not die lex sick its you that cant read mate

Me too, xp pro, tried vista and didn't like it, too hard to configure services or even to know why they report everything back to MS, not even interested in win 7 for the same reasons. As long as XP remains supported for security I'm keeping it, go to this site if you want to tweak your system. good info there.H
