Hi everyone,
I've been busy the last few days, Thanks to all the brill info on this forum and help from you guys... I took the plunge and had a go at full roof rails, I went for Peaugot 406 estate rails off a W reg scrappy, they fit a treat and really finish the car off and not hard to do at all even with the sunroof!
Also Fitted new rad and thermostat from roughtrax, flushed the system also changed the rear springs for the milner 20% stronger ones. Blocked EGR valve, fitted A new towbar with twin electrics from roughtrax and an extra relay for the caravan fridge that i had to source locally as doesnt come with the kit.
then finally I changed the auto box oil & engine oil and filter and air filter and last but not least the fuel filter, now all nice and smooth
All in all a busy few days but I am really happy that all seems to work ok,
not bad for a pretty much novice(brakes is about most i tackled before)
I dont think I would have attempted it without the great advice found on here
Many thanks to all who have posted on the above items as it really helps, I hope I can post for somebody in the future and help them save them a fortune in labour charges too
Thanks again everyone
