      small market place too..

Its the genre of vehicle I guess..not many people looking for thirsty 4x4's A.T.M, maybe you'll have more luck when the weather turns crappy..like selling a motorbike or cabriolet in summer..lol

              It's probably because it's a V6. The MPG is worse than a V8!

The combination of thirst and exploding headgaskets on the V6 make it a very hard thing to sell. It's worth a little more than a breaker - about £800 quid.

When I was looking around for mine a few weeks ago, 3.0 diesel trucks in the £2-4k bracket seemed to be selling like hot cakes.

A crap eBay ad where you couldn't even be bothered to post decent photos or clean it. It has a pretty repulsive interior from what I recall anyway. Isn't JustBrad colourblind? Maybe you could sell it to him...!

Sersiously though, put together a good eBay ad not too late on a Thursday evening on a 10 day listing (gets you two weekends worth of watchers but still finishes on a Sunday evening when the best eBay sales finish), start the bidding at 99p and watch it fly off eBay.

It might sound risky starting it at 99p but I can pretty much guarantee that you will get a higher end price starting it at 99p than starting it at, say £500. It has happened to me beforehand with motorbikes. As soon as you get a bidder everyone knows it's gonna go and sniff a bargain.

You should get somewhere in the region of £500-1000 depending on the luck of the draw but at least you'll be shot of the Surf and have some money in your pocket while you need it.

How hard is it to sell ATM

No strike that I am not selling a money dispenser.

What about a cracking wee box trailer I have.
Then theres a 3rd gen bull bar.
Or a set of side steps.

What a cracking way of getting round the for sale ad cost.
Brilliant thanks for the thread mate

ps I have £300 here burning a hole in my pocket yours for the Surf.

Most excellent, a Yoshie bid by proxy.
                            Non intercooled nothing.

One of the main reasons I decided to fix mine were the abnormally high prices for 4x4's on AT and Ebay when the head went, needing a truck I decided it best to keep the devil I nearly know than buy someone elses garbage. H
