How do you fit a 12.5" tyre to your spare wheel carrier?

Thanks for the replies! Where is the cheapest place to get 15x10 with a decent enough offset? I'll be looking on ebay when I have time but not wanting to spend a lot on a spare really.
And a tyre cover for that size rubber

Why not just fit a spacer? I would imagine a wheel spacer would be just fine and save making one.

I would have done that but I don't have a spacer and need to find a rim to mount my spare tyre to
