One Y connection at back of head to allow vacuum to the two VSVs. One VSV connects to top port on vacuum diaphragm the other to botton port on vacuum diaphragm. EGR valve is operated by VSV under manifold. This connection has a T from main vacuum line. It's the end connection on the VSVs that should be connected to the vacuum supply and inner connection to the vacuum operated valve or diaphragm. Simple really.

It's just vacuum lines with switches.
