After doing some maintainance, repairs and a few mods to the truck, I thought Id fit my new mega heavy duty bash plate.....No probs, thinks I, 4 bolts, and the old ones off....4th bolt snaps!....No probs,thinks I, drill it out....Drill bit breaks!...No probs thinks I, I can just about get that broken bit out.....extract, and use bigger drill.....Sorted.....Now to use the stud extractor....It breaks!...Getting p***ed off, now, so I thought Id offer upm the new bash plate and mark up where to drill the holes in it.....Guess what? It doesnt f*****g fit!....Id got the pattern off the Aussie site, and I think it may have been for a 2.4 manual. Mines a 3.0 auto. Does anyone know if there might be drawings, somewere, of one to fit mine?......Cheers....Mick.
