  • body lift on 3rd gen

Has anyone done, or has, a body lift on their 3rd gen?
Do you have the notch the bottom of the front bumper valance to avoid fouling with the front rails of the chassis?
Mine line up exactly with the bottom of the bumper and are getting in the way.
    2" BTW

i got a homemade 2" BL on mine. i just forced my bumper on till it fitted lol. but yes it does make the valance stick out a bit at the bottom.

I've not issues, but i think i've only made 1 1/2" lifts so far for 3rd Gens.

that would be it, a half inch lower and the rails would fit inside of the bumper. I'll have another look tomorrow to see if I'm missing something.

              FYI
There are 2 bits I can only describe as "nose cones" that bolt on to the front of the chassis rails (one on each rail) that are easily removed by removing one M8 bolt. These off and the bumper sits in nicely.
