Is 11 foot or 33 foot the height of the garage? Leaves alot of room for lifts on the Surf!!

11 x 33 feet is width and length and is 2.4 meters to the bottom of trusses . Garage door is 7 foot wide by 8 foot high so i can get my 1st gen in there

I'm trying to negotiate with next door, to buy his garage. He wants £10000...I want to give him £8000.would be ace to have the space though. I could make an 11ft wide garage...i'm not jealous at all.
