i have a freind who is locked up for not very much reason
he has done five years now
and i want to help bob get out of prison
i hope some of you can put me in the right direction
bob is pushing 60 or so now and should not be in prison
its along story but here gose
bob come from a very well to do family
bob was a inventer (still is)
well in the early 1970's bob found out that all his kids were his brothers
bob went to see his father about what his brother and wife had done
his father told him it dont matter there all bowmans
so bob went to field were his bother was out working in
only to talk it out
his brother lunged at him with a knife stabed bob in the hand and wrist
bob had a pistol in his pocket (he kept lions and thats what the pistol was for)
bob pulled out his pistol but his bother came at him again
the pistol went off and bobs brother was shot in the neck
bob wandered off in shock
bob got a long time for that
then in the mid 1990's bob had a new life and wife and one kid a girl
over the years his marrage broke down and she left him and took most his furtune with her
bob was happy to give her anything he is a very good dad and a very nice man and would give anything to his daughter
his now exwife meet a greek phycologist a few years before bob got locked up again
bob phoned his exwife up to speak to his daughter
his exwife says that the daughter can not come to the phone coz she's having a bonding sesson with the phycologist
bewilded bob says what do you mean a bonding sesson?
exwife says she is layed in bed with him spooning
bob fliped and said if that b####### has touch my daughter i will kill the cun*
bare in mind that she was around 8 years old at the time
bobs exwife recorded bob saying this witch bob has never denied saying
and that one sentance
''if that b####### has touched my daughter i will kill him''
thats what bob is locked for?
i think most dads would have said the same but bob has killed before i know that
but what father in that situation would not have made a threat like that
five years for that?
and still locked up indefinitely on an IPP
i think its out of order and bob needs to be out of prison his health is getting worst and he is getting no youger
how can i help him?
any of you in the law side of things can put me in the right direction
