WOW...so the strongest force known, the strong nuclear force,is actually affected by magnetic something or other therapy...must let the fellows at CERN know. They have been using increasingly higher energies, to break up molecular bonds, and break particles into their constituent parts, to find the higgs boson...all it needed was was some feckin magnetic field bollix shut the feck up sancho you troll.

Let me explain:

The magnetic field that is created around the outside of the cell will pull the ions, both inside and outside, back into alignment. The result is that as the ions once again return to their correct position within the cell. The extra fluid that has penetrated the cell is pushed out (via osmosis and diffusion) and returned to the surrounding tissues. The cell regains its natural healthy balance and any damage is repaired over a period of days (see diagram of a cell with a magnetic field)."

Incidentally, it's centrifugal force that acts as artificial gravity in rotating spacecraft (centrifugal force acts in a direction away from the centre of rotation, centripetal force acts in the opposite direction, ie towards the centre of rotation, to force objects to maintain circular motion) and correct units for mega electron volts would be M.eV

But that's just me being ultra picky! lol

The ESEU (Earth Science Education Unit) at Keele University is one of (I think) only two universities training teachers about geology these days. If there is anything useful there for you, give me a shout and I'll have a word with the bloke that runs it...

It is directly funded by the oil/gas industry but completely independent of it in terms of what the ESEU do. Their main function is to encourage people to become geologists with the hope that some of them might end up working in the oil/gas industry one day.

I love the bit on the website that says "Evidence From Thousands of Sufferers In The UK Proves: Your Fibromyalgia Pain—Mild, Moderate Or Even Severe—Can Be Substantially Or Entirely Relieved Within Weeks… And The Relief Is Permanent".

Right - so how come this hasn't been proven in any substantive medical study? I presume the fact that it hasn't would be why it isn't used by the NHS (or countless other medical insurance schemes around the world) in order to save them shed loads of dosh...!

I've done the first couple of workshops they run - I think I've got one more to go (can't remember for sure without looking it all up) but I've got all the material they give out. Got most of it on a CD-ROM if you fancy a copy of it?
