at that price its .83p/ ltr.
compared to 1.16 for Derv
saving = 33 pence per ltr.
65 litres a tankfull
total savings 21.45 on a full tank
sound OK till you consider the time it takes to drive to Asda, actually purchase 33 bottles of veg oil, get it home, and then stand there and empty 65 litres in 2 litre containers into your truck, then have the hassle of disposing of the bottles.
IMO its too much hassle for 20 squid
but, to each his own..私のホバークラフト は鰻が一杯です。

Only mentioning it!! I go there every week to shop, it's only a mile away from me, diesel is cheap up your neck of the woods, it's only 21 bottles (3 litre) to fill the tank, and to me any saving is a bonus!!!

I usually buy the bottles when I do the weekly shop so I'm there anyway.
When I fill up I drive to the petrol station, pull up at a pump and empty what I have into the fuel tank then top it off with some derv so I would have been there anyway. It takes two seconds to shove the box n bottles in their bins they have by the pumps. I really should use waste oil though. The money saved by using that would be almost free driving.Oh Nana, what's my name?
