in the past few days things have made me look at the world around me a little different
one of my dads friends gets robbed in his own home and beat on with a crowbar
fightend the poor bugger half to death he now has to have metal plates in his face and he is realy the nicest bloke you could ever meet
no need for such a cruel act .....w@nkers

it just made me think that its getting realy bad around here were i live

then today a friend of owers (me & the wifes) has been murdered in her own home not fully sure of whats happend to her only rumors but it seems like she was stabbed in the neck or was cut in the neck area
she was a realy nice woman never upset anyone the only one enemy she did have was the boyfriend (may not be him) but the cops have him locked up

with all this happening
and drive by shootings
stabbings
muggings
postcode gangs killing each other for nowt
basicly its right on my door step
whats wrong with people of today?
why is this sort of behavior on the rise
why is the uk's kids turning into usa gangsters?

I blame the parents for lack of discipline and moreso ,the media is to blame for a lot of it.Do you remember when Hellraiser was the scariest film out? It is now just a comedy when you compare it to Saw,hostel,to name but a few.
The internet is another culprit,porn ,you tube,snuff movies,people being beheaded by terrorists,nothing shocks us anymore!I am an xbox gamer and some of the games that are out are really violent and have ###### storylines.An eighteen certificate on a game or dvd equates to f""%all these days and so kids are being desensitised on a daily basis, at home,in school and on the streets!The justice system is a ####take ,so whats there to be afraid of?? my answer,a nail embedded 30oz baseball bat!

We are all to blame, the casino banking the drive for share holder value the god worship of GDP. All these things ignore community, trust, integrity.

They don't build lasting benefit, in fact they drive the divide between rich and poor further apart.

All of us have an obligation to tackle social deprivation. We must demand more than the short termism caused by our current electoral system.

Politicians even the good ones can't say and do the things they know are right, as sadly we would never vote for them. So if you are looking for someone to blame, look in the mirror.

I'm new here and really don't want to cause any upset but people all around the world are starting to wake up and see that there is another way. Another way from all the crap that we see in all directions. in my you should be aloud to kick the shit out of any ########s who try to rob your house or if these ####s are caught by the fuzz(if the fuzz have time in between hasslin motorists )they should be publicly humiliated,maybe flogged.in our area we have our fair share of smack heads and crackheads and even though the old bill know these ####s are robbing old peoples houses they have been getting away with it for years.if they do get caught they get light sentences because they have a drug problem.really gets on my tits.

I hear you, BUT something has to give - all the worlds systems are overworked or overdrawn and the results of this are what we are seeing.

I didn't realise how true the saying 'money is the root of all evil' really is.

The money system is clever scam, our "democracy" is no such thing. We have all been hoodwinked into believing all this crap when if we all actually stopped and looked at what is going on around us it is as plain as day that the system isnt working and It's close to collapse and we 'do' need to have something very different. Lots of people are waking up and the people really do have the power - they just have to use it!

BUT - I'm picking up my truck today so Hurrah!

i know every one on this street
we are one of the last of what i call a real community
i did keep this street safe and clean untill i got ill
i have and always will help anyone i can
i help all i can when i can
iam only 35 and i know lots of people like me
we are not all bad
in this yorkshire community i live in
we all chip in together
there will always be a few that dont but its them that miss out not us
iam hated has well has liked but still i know everybody in this community
there are 146 different religions in this small area
we have been on news night coz of how well we all live together
