We got there at 9:45 and could not believe the shear number that where already lining the runway and they just kept coming......
Shame you could not get a real idea of the size as the airfield was flat of course but bugger me we where at the botton by the food and the toilets at the top of the field wher kin miles away.......
The speaches from the organisers and the mayor of wootton bassett where to the point and very moving....
Haven't waved that much for ages, seeing all the old folks on the pavements cheering and clapping and the high street in wootton was jammed with people.........
Think everyone had a great day and only saw one casualty and that was a truimph, looked like something just fell off and they where looking for the bits to hold it back on......
Great day all in a good cause.....Remember arrows are silent.....................
