    Wootton Bassett this Sunday

    This Sunday 10,000ish Motorcycles will be riding through Wootton Bassett to raise money for Afghan Heroes (this is a bit like Help for Heroes, not fund raising for the Taliban)It's going to be be absolutely awful for anyone in a car to get around RAF Hullavington, Malmesbury and Wootton Bassett. Also, The Fosse way, M4 in both directions and Marlborough to Swindon is going to be be overrun with bikes. Sorry about that. Give us a wave!

          Me and the mrs are booked in for the 10-11 slot

            2-3. I fancied a Sunday lunch at Mothers since she is just up the road.. Dutiful son, Sunday lunch, and a run on the bike for afters. Sorted!

              I invited me mother to ride with us but she's sold her bike middle of last year, not that i knew, and she don't trust riding on the back of me dad as he's getting dodgy in his old age.......

              Bit of a bike family we is.....
              mum had zephyr 550
              dad's got Z750
              sister's got Honda 750 Shadow
              brother's got RF900 streetfighter
              mrs has VS800 intruder
              all i got is a Honda CB1000 Project Big One in black of course....

              Should be a good day if weather holds and said planning goes according to plan.
              Bit of a bum that we cannot go back to Hulavington after and have to just bugger orf would be nice to chill and chat before heading home.......
              May end up in cirencester water park or the transport cafe on the A429....

              Have a good ride yourself.

                I think Greasy Joes is going to have a good day on Sunday.... I used to work at a place in the Water Park, so I might call in just on closing time and annoy them.. As the GPZ is still in a state of disrepair, I shall be on the Firestorm..
