it really pi55ed me off yesterday morning at 0600.We rang the Kernow Doc which is the out of hours on call doctor.We were told that they think they have a problem with the car and we were to ring our own doctor when the surgery opened 2.5 hours later.
I am going to be putting a letter of complaint in about this as my dad could of died in that time.
Our own doctor was out within half hour of us ringing the surgery and the doctor was also angry that the on call doctor never came out or even asked if we could get dad to them which was about a 10 min drive from us.
What is the ruddy point of these people when they can't be bothered to do the job.The hospital are also angry as dads Blood sugars were dangerously low also and it took from yesterday morning to lunchtime today to get it stable on top of everything else
