hi jess. ah yea right, i know what that is,you dont need another gbox, the big flange nut that holds the layshaft in place has come undone and what its doing is when you select second gear its trying to push the layshaft into the transfer case,you need to modify the nut and shaft. if you want we can do it here. the transfer box needs to come off and we can then sort it for you. give me a ring on 07872482076
