Trouble getting it up and running in the morning

Until I bought two new batteries.

One battery was dead and the other was a knackered car battery, recently it was taking ages to turn over and start with clouds of smoke..


New batteries she spins like a demon on the starter..a new lease of life

Two 680AH batteries £118.00 all in including VAT from local motor factors

I usually throw in some Redex...but I'll try the viagra... how many pills per 20 ltr....

And thats a nice price for the batteries. I stupidly paid £100 EACH from Halfords only to realise that one of them wouldnt fit in the battery tray because the positive and negative terminals were the wrong way around on one side. Stupid me and stupid Halfords for telling me they were Surf batteries!

My local motor factors are great, a good bunch of guys..easily half the price of Halfords on most things...

One guy came out to car park to measure battery sizes with a tape measure to make sure I got the biggest batteries i could fit.. Price excellent he actually apologised for the batteries being so expensive...
