Hello mate. Some surfs were built with Winter Packs wich gave you a rear foot heater and 2 batteries and a couple of other things too. However i think nearly all surfs around have this so its nothing special.
The only things i can think of for a surf living in Bulgaria would be some decent All Terain tyres and a higher concentration of decent anti-freeze. Give which ever surf you buy a full service including things like ATF and Diff oils and you should be fine. The surfs are tough as old boots. Change the oils and keep an eye on the coolant level regually and you should be a happy surfer for many years whichever climate you live in.
Cant really think of anything else you may need going by what you have said.
Are you thinking of going on extreme expiditions?

Well inthat case just a decent set of all terrain tyres will do you fine as the surf is very capable. Great for carrying loads of cargo in tha back too!
You could always splash out on a set of diff lockers?
