To start the engine again I have to take out the Dome fuse, then all is ok till the ignition is switched off and so on and so on

Going back to your first post, how many wires are coming out/in of the white plug you disconnected?

As with most immobisers all the control wires are one colour. It's finding the one That deadens the starting circuit. It's a fair bet that one of the controls is set to keep the starter relay shut. Snipping wires will usually result in many more problems. I would get the immobilisir proffesiobally removed as well. It will cost, but this issue can get worse.Last edited by gwh200; 18 January 2010, 01:21.Non intercooled nothing.

Finding the earth?
If you take the supply away from the immobilsor, it may have an internal battery that keeps it in a workable state for a little while. Some immobilisors. Fail shut( for want of a better word) taking the power away from it can result in it never stating again... Or until all the control wires are snipped. Bear in mind it could be connected to both ecu's the starter ring, the pump... Anywhere. I wouldn't advise snipping anything if you don't know what's what... It's very easy to end up with a completely disabled truck.Non intercooled nothing.
