Think you'll only need a set of 1.5" spacers.

I got my spacers from 4crawler in the USA.

thanks for the info,my just do the torsion bar wind up 4 now as the site says it is relativley safe to go up to 11/2" extra which would be more than enough (for now anyways!!!) and save the cash for my wheels/tyres ,will be a summer time job including the body lift(allready have this kit to go on) hehehe (rub of hands!!)

Good price, did you have to trim anything ? or were they a straight fit?

I only fitted 3/4" spacers as my lift is pretty small (1 1/4"). I only had to trim 2 little bits to allow for the bolts. Definitely worth doing as the truck rides horrible when it's sitting on the upper bumpstops (no droop)

                I'll take a pic in a mo...

Yup, I was thinking for my missus's pickup, it's a horrible ride bouncing on the bumpstops.

Just a little notch for each rear bolt.

Im just abouts to make some using 100mm Acetal Nylon cut to 40mm for the spacer. The 'cut out' cylinder in the middle can then be used to space the diff' too. All in £15 for the Nylon and a couple of £££s for the nuts and bolts

I'll post in the Modifications section when im doing it, maybe next wkend..

I don't think I'd trust nylon for bj spacers personally..

Shear strength probably. Its OK in compression but there will be big shear loads on balljoint spacers, and I doubt Nylon varieties are as good as aluminium or steel when it comes to that.

BTW, the ones offered by Outrageous Offroad are made in the UK, made of steel, and configurable for different thickness by the end user, so if you decide you dont like the ride at max height, you can tune it down a bit.
