yippee, the new screen fits, phew. I reccon the roof has been slightly pushed out of alignment by the Mrs putting the truck on its side, but all seems well. Getting the screen trim to sit nicely is a real b'stard tho.
Anyone know of the Toyota part no. for the little plastic spring clips that hold the front grille in place? The dealer I tried doesn't know what these are, from my description.
All I need is the courier to deliver the other door & wing from Richard & we'll be shipshape + a few battle scars.
Going for a pint to celebrate.

The grille is held on by the sidelights anyway, no need for those clips.

The guy from Autoglass came out with the gen Toyota stainless/rubber trim, incl with the screen. I was quite impressed. As mentioned tho, a real bitch to get seated.
