i think i might deserve a vote for this years ioty as i tryed to get a 19 metre wagon and drag up the horseshoe pass today to do a delivery in north wales

it only took me 3 hours to reverse back down lmao

these days the only barriers there are are on the corners the rest is just fencing, the snow on the other lane was about 3ft deep, had a couple of brown trouser moments while sliding down in reverse lol

I meant barriers to stop you getting on to the road in the first place. It was on the news the other day.

no just a sign at the llangollen side and it was turned off, and as the road was clear at the bottom i presumed they had cleared it and opened it up, by the time it had started to get bad it was to late for me to turn round.
shame realy as i was looking forward to my breakfast at the cafe on top

Mate an myself have been to Corwen today to pick up her horsebox and the horseshoe pass is road blocked at the roundabout on the Llandegla Corwen road. Only reason I could see the other end being open is for residents to get about. There is so much snow up there the sides of the road where the snow plough has cleared are well over the height of a discovery. They were still up there today tryin to clear to road. Never seen so much snow in this country.

i know it's deep up there i was stuck in it lol it was about 10 oclock this morning when i got stuck did'nt see anyone trying to clear it then just a couple of 4x4's came past me while i was reverseing down, what should of saved me an hour cost me 4 good job i'm paid hourly lol
