Hi Guy's,

I found some pictures on here the other day of a custom built winch bumper made by some guys (in spain, I think) but I can't find them now - they started out making templates in cardboard.

I would like to get a winch bumper fabricated at some point and this looked like a good place to start - looked like a good design sort of arb-ish

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Bushwhacker, but that's not the one I was thinking of (much too high tech!) The one I saw used cardboard templates taped together - This one is very cool though and I might use some ideas from it.

That's the only Spanish one I know of. It's been in several threads on several forums and will, at some point, have been a cardboard template.

Just about to make one for Kerrsurf.
All being well I will knock out more of them if there is a demand.

There is also a write up and pics/templates on here somewhere of a ver neat and straight forward winch bumper that our very own Smiffy had a stab at.

That's the one i wanted - awsome design!
I would like the indicators in though - would have to move the number plate or use aftermarket indicators, is there any law against using different indicators?

If it turns out as good as the bumper you made for the Zook, you'll have a lot of customers.
