Ok that's fine,
I got a letter through the door today saying that Customs need to see a receipt because of the (high) value of the package. And it's been passed on to the courts now, so I have to go and make some sort of statement that this is for me and not as part of a business blah blah blah, you know the sh!t,
Someone thinks it's worth lots of money and needs their 2 bob's worth out of it.
I'll go and say it's a gift from me mate then.

My mate's wife works for the Customs here, went and saw her today, got some strings pulled, package now on it's way to me without further aggro/payment/bribes.

I know the feeling, i liked Greece alot more before they joined the Euro, the only things here cheaper than the UK are fuel and fags, everything else has now becomemuch more expensive.
