Dorking green lanes / HD camera

Finally got my video up.. I had to trim 4 minutes off the end to cut it down to 10 minutes, so thats why it ends abruptly!

That day, I forgot I played around with the settings, so, I forgot that I set the camera to auto-off after 60 seconds of not doing anything. Therefore, I didnt capture the other lanes we went down. Always next time.

Video shot in 720p, 30 frames per second. Once I get the 8GB sdhc card delivered, I will do some in 1080p to test. I think that for 30 minutes of video, the file size will be 4GB though! Plus, I don't think youtube will show 1080p correctly.

Cheers for the comment mate! As I said above, I only shot this one vid because I forgot my camera had turned off for inactivity. I didnt check the front of it. A little disapointed in myself for that.

At the end of the month when I go again, I will video the other lanes and put together a decent video. There are some propper decent ones where you either need good articulation or your truck just hops on and off three wheels.

its just like a couple of the green ovals at salisbury on tuesday that were racing about and not giving a toss for anyone else.One of them had 2 youngsters hanging on the rear end of it

Yes! There is plenty! There is a bl00dy nice pub that servers lovely food all day long up until 9pm even on a Sunday, (an idea for lunch).
Some of the lanes are a little hard to find though. There are a couple that look as though your about to drive into someones back garden. Which is all the reason for etiquete etc

I'm going to try and organise something for the end of the month in the Dorking area. I can spend some more time locating more lanes. The Surrey County Council's website tells you where they are on their interactive map. I tried to make it easier for me by comparing with google maps.
