Advice needed,after my truck was hit.

From the pics it seems clear that the junction is intended to accommodate 2 vehicles at it's head for left & right turning vehicles.
What amazes me is how on earth the other driver didn't see you!

My opinion

She has admitted that she didn't see you or even realise she had hit you, then drove off as well as giving an improper signal (indicated right, turned left) that should be driving with undue care and attention - That's what I would try and push. Possibly incorrect use of lights? (which also is an offense - like driving with your fog lights on when you don't need to)
