lol ok, there is a vacuum storage tank behind the front wing, it probably goes to that, its normally T'ed off after the ADD VSVs vacuum tube from the vacuum pump on diesel motors

You are probably exactly right.... surely the end of an open tube being "vacuumed" from the other end would cease to be a vacuum. Anyway, it appears to be working, so for now I will not fix it! Mind you those uj's sound close to death, so that is a job looming! (as for her killing me, I dont think she would notice me missing.. she is saving cows in space at the moment!)

and blow? I think (but not sure offhand) the tanks have a in and out, so would have a valve to stop it emptying when engine is off on the feed side from the pump.

It probably just been disconnected, every thing will still work fine, but you won't have any vacuum when the motor is't running without it.
