Very nice road trip toy mate.
But 20k is bit over the top, a nice LC lifted and fitted with winches bumpers ect and £1300 worth of roof tent would run to less than half that price mate.
I can put you in touch with someoene selling a new hard top roof tent of 1k if your looking.Brian

I've got this thing about troopies, but that one is infact to nice for me, but it does tick alot of the boxes and has a huge amount of nice bits of kit which would have cost a lot of money.
ARB lockers
ARB bar and winch
Koni Raid shocks
Split rims replaced and 285 BFG A/T's fitted
180L Fuel
.............. I cannot type anymore because I'm getting too excitedI Love Wales

Compare that price to a motorhome of the same year add the fact you can go anywhere and its probly not that bad a price if its as good in the flesh.Remember arrows are silent.....................
Don't forget to tell everyone its indestructable as seen on top gear.......

Now that is an awesome vehicle.
Im looking at converting my own surf into a day camper so this is very cool in my opinion.
Love that pop up roof, means you can cook inside no problem.
Yup the stuff that dreams are made of. Sigh.............
btw- Would you not consider buying an LC80 & buying the roof conversion and other bits n pieces.

I reckon to get one of those bought and imported, then equipped as it has you won't be getting much change, if any, especially if you're paying someone to fit the extra stuff to.
Personally, I love the SWB versions, but as a offroading tourer thats just about as perfect as it gets.
