But how do you load up a "power" surge. If you overload a computer with data, it just won't work. How do you tell fixed, solid, resistors and capacitors and coils and a vast array of other SOLID STATE equipment to suddenly stop letting 1-2 volts through, and let loads more voltage through. I'll tell you how... You can't.
And anyone who thinks I'm having a go, or whatever please think before you post

one side may run at 98 and it would be changed to 240

it loads too many things for you to deal with
its mainly send by mail all tho there is other ways but i aint that good
if you open that mail it hits you there and then
if you check your mail but dont not open it
clicking on it to delet it is enough to set it off

all i will add is years ago my it teacher at school mentioned something similar,so we asked him to prove it,he had a disc which he loaded from a disc(this was a long time ago lo)think the computer was an old amstrad 464?program made the computer try and run every program at once,it wouldnt let u shut anything down but all it did was blow the power supply in tower,i remember saying to the teacher surely u can just unplug it to stop it tho,his response was well yes i hadnt thought of that lol,but this was a long time ago,roughly 16.17 years ago,never seen anything like it since tho

How does it tell the 18v or so power supply, attenuated along the power lead to change state?
How does it suddenly change the power characteristics of solid state components, within the internal power supply. How does it send an increased voltage to your internal board without melting the resistance within the power supplys SOLID STATE components. How does it affect this change, on a component that only functions at one voltage.
This is fantasy...and a link to some Internet fantasy won't cut any ice.
