Change a drive shaft, both brake discs,a set of shox, 2 upper and 2 lower ball joints, 2 roll bar drop links and some poly bushes. So I'll see you tonight with skinless knuckles
I think you should wait for Bio to come on. Im sure, with his new found skills and knowledge, that he will be able to prepare a risk assesment for you, advise you on PPE, possibly some manual handling training, and a COSHH appraisal for the brake work. That way you may complete the job safely and avoid the skinned knuckles.

Bogus
Coffee break thats one side done, Oh fitting free wheeling hubs as well.
Ahh all finished Cam belt, idler pulley, tensioner, alternator belts, air con belt, both drive shafts, free wheeling hubs, discs and all four ball joints just the drop links and polly bushes when the roll bar arrives.
nice! think you could do my drive shafts as well!!
do the surfs gain much from free wheeling hubs? i've a set on one of my lawn rovers, they only save a fraction of a midge's baw hair on fuel but does make the handling feel ever so much lighter (as light as a tractor engined, none power assisted steering shed with wheels can be)

No I can't do yours you live 400 miles away.
Don't really know what I'll gain if anything. I did it because I had a set lying around and my torsion bars are wound up so it eats cv boots. Also I do a lot of towing with it.
