my mate just spent under 20k on his car over the last year
all engine gearbox wheels brakes diffs that type of stuff
once the stand alone ecu is done it will be over 600 bhp
but to look at it its just a car

even if he has spent 30k on his car, so what. if he is happy doing what he likes then fair play.
lots of people thought i was mad to spend the same amount as the car was worth doing her up. but i loved it and im glad i did it.
i sold her for just over £7000 in the end. and again people use to say "haha told you so. you lost all that money. i knew you wouldnt get it back".
i think those people are dumb and cant see things from someone elses perspective.
i knew full well that i wouldnt get my money back. why would i?
the way i saw it was it cost me £5000 to have the car of my dreams for 2 years!
