unrelated but wanted to ask about your diy snorkel

i know this was last year but i was really impressed with your DIY snorkel write up

So much so that im going to copy it if thats ok

was just wondering if there where any problems with rain water etc getting in the main reason i want to carry out this mod is just to get colder air into the engine.

cant forsee much paddling any additional info would be great

The difference in damage is mad in those pictures!

A few years ago i was 1st on scene on the M6 where a caravan had got a weave on a flipped the Nissan Patrol that was towing it. The Patrol ended up rolling 6 times and i was expecting to see fatalities that day, but the family, Mum, Dad and two little'uns were all sat on the hard shoulder totally uninjured. The Patrol was almost circular as a result when seen from the rear. Totally mashed up but the actual structure was sound.

I love my truck.........
