heater plugs

hi all
thought i had a big problem this weekend when i decided to change the heater plugs and number 4 plug snapped off the end in the head.
had a poke around with a small srewdriver and could feel it there in the hole so put it back together with three plugs and fired it up and luckily enough she spat it out. jobs a good un.
