Why is it that when summat goes wrong it got to be dark and pi$$ing down?
went to come home from my daughters last night and "flat batterys" luckily got it jump started, cant happen on a nice sunny day can it! sodding wet through, powers leaking somewhere,

Put it in the garage, leave it overnight and look for power puddles under the truck the next morning. It smells sort of ozoney, not like oil at all.

I'm going to have a go at it in the morning, I have a few other grips - the OSR shock and coil are rubbing, and it's worn the shock quite badly, so I really need it of the wheels to swap the shocks and reseat the coil, but can't jack it high enough for that....and bent one of my jackable rock sliders at the weekend when I tried to do it.....not too pleased about that....

i had those e xact same ones ian. You can wire em up somewhere accesible like...but as your a concientious surfer, you would check oil and water before any trip...just like i did
so i put em close to the battery...just a bit of an arse having to pop the bonnet every time i eanted to drive it.
Of course you could check out your starter relay...they can flatten batteries.
