If it was just turning pages to PDFs that can be done free, you can get software to print to a pdf file

What we need it for is to produce a electronic copy of a manual , the only thing is some is in word some is already a pdf file format ,and we need to be able to edit it as the document changes but the end result is a manual in pdf format that can be sent electronicaly or put onto disc

It is possible to export a PDF to word, but all the formatting is lost (I think!).
I have ADOBE Acrobat on my work laptop, I'll check and see what happens to a PDF when ADOBE exports it. Give me a minute or 2!Do you know that, with a 50 character limit, it'sComment
