  • Why??

Does Vietnam try to become one with,Laos, china, japan or Korea...does the USA covet Canada?. Does Australia scream at new Zealand for not joining it and becoming austrazealand... Then why the fcuk do we need an unelected president of Europe, speaking on my behalf...and shut up Ireland, Czech republic and increasingly us..the others ... Have all these grants, us give the eu billions for an organisation that is so corrupt, it's accounts haven't been signed off for about 9 years, and it had sone dipshit failed politico and his t w a t of a wife FIRING whistleblowers... Why do we have to be ruled by someone from an unelected, corrupt, organisation . No where else in the world tries this social experiment.. Why are we

Oh how I laughed in 97 and remembered thinking it would all end in tears. After years of Tory sleaze, a breath of fresh air...just substitute sleaze for drawing a line under and moving on. We have had our countries economy systematticaly raped forover a decade ( lets start with the 5 billion the o ene eyed tosspot took from the pension industry). We have seen the grinning idiot and his "face like a punched anus" missus calculate their way to a retirement just when they knew..let me say again they knew..the game was up. They involved their whole selves in selling us down the river with the help, in great part, of idiot boy poofmeister mandelson.. Who IMHO should be in prison, just as you or I would be for commiting mortgage fraud.
Now we are in the unbelievable posistion of the smiling ###, having given the reins of a dead horse to a one eyed pill popping fool, a second go at totally ruining this country by becoming an unelected president, and making further unsound, unjust decisions on my behalf. I love my country, but am no longer prepared to watch everyone just roll over and accept what is surely not inevitable.

You think thats bad, here in Greece ,Pasok the Greek socialist party, sold the security rights to the Olympics to Siemens with backhanders etc,and huge bribes with court actions by the German Goverment, and nothing here, they sold of Church land for big bribes, with the help of bishops etc, and now there latest effort to get into goverment, unfreeze public pay, and give above inflation pay rises, costing 11 billion euros extra a year, this from a country which is more or less bankrupt, and being kept afloat with EU money its the most corrupt country in europe, and last night they won, so how much is that going to cost us, the Greeks call the EU flag the giving flag, kick the feckers out, but they won't, they will just keep pouring money in,

It rankles the living frickin daylights out of me.one thing the Brits are known for is our sense of fair play...this seems very prevalent in Scotland. Our grandads helped save Europe from tyranny 60 odd years ago,de Gaulle fought his war from another country.he then spent the rest of his career trying to shit on the uk. Our liberty couldn't be taken by force, so it seems it's to be taken by political means instead.

Funny old world, innit? Even the pro Europeans know a referendum will go badly for them, it's the only reason they wont let us have one, and the only way they can react is to start conniving.
I think Ireland should make it the best of three, and it should have been in the Lisbon treaty that every country HAS to have a vote on it, but not just a yes/no vote, there should be a reform first option. Once the EU has been rid of corruption and vested interests, and stops trying to micromanage everything in Europe, it could be a good thing... I'd still want no part of it, mind..
                    it's in me shed, mate.
